I am currently the librarian at Garden City and Welti. This is my sixth year at both schools. I grew up in Anniston, Alabama and attended White Plains School and Jacksonville State University. I got my Library degree at Alabama State University in Montgomery. My husband and I have lived in Montgomery and Auburn before moving to Cullman. I have a daughter and two sons. I enjoy being the librarian at Garden City and love sharing the books with the children.
We collect Box Tops for Education, Tyson Labels, and Campbell's Soup Labels for the library. These provide us with money and items for use with our programs. Please make sure you save yours and send them to the school with your children.
